Consultation with the homeowner and Brick x Brick Design Team. We will walk through the job, understand the owners vision for the project and talk through : budget, material recommendations, proper layout of the project, and talk through any possible issues that could slow down the completion of the project.

Once we have our arms around the vision of what the homeowner wants, we will then give you a very rough estimate of the job, from the low end to the high end. After our meeting our Team will go back and price out material and labor for the entire job and send pictures of 3d Renderings of the project.

Step 3

Once you have made a decision that Brick x Brick is the right renovation company for your project we would move forward with the planning phase. We would go over material options showing you everything from low end, builder grade options to high-end, custom-made options. We have a ton a contractor pricing for all types of material that we pass along directly to you. To ensure we can get the project done at the best price possible.

Step 3

Once materials, finishes and scope of work are complete we will put together a true quote. If everything is agreeable from the price, to the work, to the time frame. We get started on the project
